Did you know that San Antionio is known for being one of our nations’ most affordable vacation destinations? I’ve been hearing so much about oh we went to San Antonio and did this, or we did that…and it has me really WANTING to head out to San Antonio to see what the buzz is about. Of course, when I travel, I always want to make sure I get the most bang for my buck, so when we do make travel plans, we always look out for promotions like SAVE – San Antonio Vacation Experience With more than $600 in savings to theme parks, animal adventures, top shops and historic tours, plus great deals on hotels, summer is the time to SAVE in San Antonio! The SAVE program really offers a way for all of us to find deals and discounts on attractions, lodging, shopping, rtours and hotels. That can add up quickly – maybe even enough for a few more days’ stay!
SAVE partners include top San Antonio hotels and resorts and attractions. Ranging from budget to luxury, SAVE has an accommodation for every price point and need. If location is key, SAVE hotels line the River Walk in the heart of downtown as well as surround theme parks and the airport. Make sure to check SAVE Limited Time Offers (LTOs) for special limited time deals and added value at hotels and attractions. There’s an app for this, too, so be sure to download before you leave on your trip!
One thing that I really like about this program besides the money saving is that the discounts are offered for a huge variety of attractions and businesses. The discounts offered work as well for families that love wild adventures as they do for those who prefer a bit more relaxed, non-thrill-seeking vacation….and everyone in between.
I would love to spend a week in San Antonio exploring the attractions and discovering the area but what I would love to do most is visit Schlitterbahn! We have watched programs about Schlitterbahn for years on tv and it looks like oh so much fun! Using SVE we could put our money towards more fun things like water parks nice we can save on so much else! I’m not too picky about where we stay- I’m pretty easy to please with a hotel- clean and comfortable, with a side of safe and I’m happy…although the Hotel Valencia Riverwalk looks gorgeous to me, and SAVE discounts add up quickly. We’d be able to visit the San Antonio Children’s Museum with no trouble and save 20% off of our admission pricing with SAVE.
We’d have to hit Aquatica while visiting- second day is free AND we can save $10 off each admission with SAVE! A stop at the National Bridge Wildlife Ranch would be on the list- with $2 off per person using SAVE, another great way to maximize our value…the kids would love to see the zebras (and so would I) before heading over to Splashtown for a wet and wild time- (savings up to $42 with SAVE!) including dive in movie nights- watching a movie from the wave pool…that’s not something I’ve ever done before… have you?
