MiO when you want to Shake Things Up!

We have long loved MiO products.  My kids call it “fancy water” and love it.  In fact, my son used to despise having water to drink- he’d get so upset and it was a battle all the time.  Once we started using MiO brand, he became far less resistant.  We use a tiny amount for the kids, and they love it- we love that they are drinking more water.  They obviously aren’t having the MiO Energy, but I’ve recently started and I’m loving it.  Any way you can get your family to drink more water is great!

We’ve spent the bulk of our time this summer in our full bathroom doing a full remodel- we brought it down to the studs, and are actually just painting walls today.  This project began in early July.  Since we don’t have central air in our home, it’s meant spending many, many hours in a small, hot bathroom and we’ve needed to stay hydrated and moving- which is where MiO Energy has come in very handy!  2 birds with one stone, and no dehydrating effects like coffee has for us.  MiO energy has kept us going in more ways than one, and we are so glad to have it at hand!
