My Chief Waffle Officer recipe for today is super, super simple, but will give you a great start to the day. Egg McWaffles is the name for today’s Eggo recipe (although really, I’m open to suggestions, this name is kind of boring…) and it is so simple to make!
Ingredients for Egg McWaffles:
Eggo Waffles (figure on 2 per person)
1 egg (1 egg per person- cooked how you like them)
ham
cheese
fruit for a side
Directions:
Cook eggs as you like them. (I’m an over-hard, cook-it-till-its-rubbery girl, my husband likes sunny side up, the girls love scrambled)
Toast Eggo waffles
Put ham, cheese, and cooked eggs on top of 1 Eggo waffle, then top the sandwich with the other waffle. Serve with some fruit and you have a full breakfast that’s sure to keep you going all morning!
That’s it- another easy Eggo recipe from me to you!

Waffles are my favorite breakfast food and these are simply delicious. I’ve been making these for years and I eat them at least twice a month. I also like to spread peanut butter and jelly on waffles too.

My youngest would probably get a kick out of these. Whenever she is allowed she always gets one of those McGriddle sandwiches (which I do not enjoy at all) and devours it. This looks like it could be right up her alley.

Im not an egg fan because of the texture, but I like the protein. This would be perfect because the Eggo would provide a nice crunch!

Ok, now I wouldn’t have ever thought of making sandwiches! My youngest loves the Buttermilk waffles and eats them like they’re going out of style! I’ll have to see if he’d eat a sandwich!

My kids would eat waffles all day every day if I let them!! My husband liked these because his egg yolk filled the waffle “holes”
