These miniature baked eggs are a unique way to serve breakfast to friends or family without much effort. Most large eggs will not fit miniature muffin tins. If you cannot find small eggs, you can use large eggs and omit some of the egg whites from each egg. Regardless, we’ll have chickens, and therefore eggs….and… egg recipes. Here are some super simple and adorable miniature baked eggs!
Recipe:
12 small eggs
salt and ground pepper as needed
pan spray as needed
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Thoroughly spray the “wells” of a miniature muffin tin.
Crack the eggs into individual “wells” of the miniature muffin tin and sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
Bake the eggs at 350°F for approximately 8-14 minutes, or until the eggs have set and are not longer liquid. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
