- 12 small eggs
- salt and ground pepper as needed
- pan spray as needed
- Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Thoroughly spray the “wells” of a miniature muffin tin.
- Crack the eggs into individual “wells” of the miniature muffin tin and sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
- Bake the eggs at 350°F for approximately 8-14 minutes, or until the eggs have set and are not longer liquid.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

I love this idea. Could you use regular muffin tins with large eggs?
