I think spring weather is finally here in CT. We had the heat on this weekend, and a hard frost one day last week. I’m so over the cold right now, you guys! Too many soccer games spent shivering. I want vitamin D! Sunshine! With warmer weather comes eating outside, lighter meals, and LOTS of salads. There are endless salads you can make- and I want to know YOUR favorites (selfishly, because then I have new ideas to try).
