I cannot mention holiday cookies or baking without a nod to G Dubs! If you’ve been around a while, you’ll know I have mad admiration for George Washington, and yes, I do call him G Dubs. I have a whole shelf in my office relating to him. He was my favorite President and after I got to visit Mount Vernon and have a behind the scenes tour of his home, these spiced chocolate cookies came to mind.
