Amazing Patriotic Treats Recipes: Delicious Dishes Recipe Party

Well, we’re in summer mode now, my friends. Bedtimes are out the window. There’s not much structure, but there is a lot of hanging out, playing, getting bored, slime making, baking, bike riding, skinned knees, tree climbing, bug bites, and did I mention slime making? We’re doing our best to kick it old school this summer. We’ve got some fun plans with friends this weekend- a BBQ with a few families, and then a big old fashioned fireworks party at a friend’s house. The kids and I have been discussing what we’re bringing to both- and it’s been pretty unanimous that we want to do some festive red, white & blue patriotic treats for both.

Red, White & Blue popcorn is always ALWAYS a hit, but we may also go a little simpler and a lot healthier with Patriotic Fruit Wands!
