A few weeks ago we did a traditional crab dip. I promised a healthier version for you- swapping the mayo for avocado makes for a whole new dimension of flavor for the dip… perfect for your Superbowl parties (Go Pats!!)Avocado Crab Dip
Ingredients
2 Avocados, mashed
2 6 oz cans of crab
2-3 tsp. of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
Directions –
#1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Taste. If you like it extra spicy add a bit more of the Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. I LOVE this stuff!!
#2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
#3. Serve immediately.
So easy and the avocado is a fantastic substitute for mayo if you’re watching what you eat. Healthy fat is good fat!

This sounds delicious and I llike very single ingredient in it. I truly love avaxados and dont get to eat them enough. Of course how I like to eat them they are gone in a flash -pen them salt and scoop then out! yummy

Avocado is part of my everyday, Iive for it and love it. Great substitute for mayo as you mentioned, and so good for you. This dip looks so delish!
