This is my favorite week of the year. Well, self proclaimed MY WEEK anyway. My birthday and Mother’s Day all in one. My kids love to do breakfast in bed for me on Mother’s Day- sometimes it’s a piece of bread with butter on the side, but they can all cook a little bit now that they are getting older. So maybe this year they’ll use one of these yummy Mother’s Day Breakfast in Bed Recipes for when I get up Sunday morning or for brunch…that’s ok with me too!
One of our fave breakfast/brunch recipes is Blueberry Coffee Cake– the sour cream gives a lot of texture and moistness that makes it hard to resist just one more piece…
I love my coffee and coffee cakes…look how yummy this coffee glazed coffee cake is! Whats’ not to love about coffee in a cake?
