TruMoo Chocolate milk is one of my kids favorite treats and can always be found in my refrigerator. That it tastes delicious is made even better by the fact that it contains NO artificial growth hormones, NO high fructose corn syrup, and is fresh from your local dairies– so I don’t feel guilty giving it to the kids like I do a lot of other drinks. TruMoo also lends itself well to recipes like this delicious creamy Chocolate Peppermint Pudding. Two kinds of chocolate and a bit of peppermint make this treat a hit for the season- Santa would probably prefer this to cookies for his snack!
Ingredients:
2 cups TruMoo chocolate milk
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
¾ tsp. peppermint extract
pinch of salt

Scoop pudding into single serving sized bowls and refrigerate until chilled and firm.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint.

I notice is says to stir in sugar in the directions, but there is no sugar in the ingredients. Is this a typo since the chocolate milk already has plenty of sugar?
