Sweet and salty. Who doesn’t love that flavor combo? I’m generally a sweets girl, my sister C is a salty girl… hubby is also a salty guy. But sweet AND salty? We all love. So good. This chocolate potato chip bark is a super quick-to-make, super simple recipe that will be done in no time and is a sure-fire crowd pleaser!
Chocolate Potato Chip Bark
Ingredients-
1 bag milk chocolate chips (want to go dairy free? use vegan chocolate chips!)
Ruffles potato chips
You will need-
Parchment paper
Flat pan/dish
Ziplock bag or Wilton decorating bag
Microwave safe dish
Directions-
1. Line your pan/flat dish with parchment paper so that your chocolate will not stick
2. Pour your bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 15 second intervals mixing in between until chocolate is melted
3. Pour a little bit in a ziplock bag or Wilton decorating bag
4. Pour the rest at the bottom of your pan that is lined with parchment paper, and spread evenly
5. Crush a couple handfuls of potatoes chips and sprinkle on top, press down carefully so that the chips stick to the chocolate
6. Now cut the tip off your chocolate bag and drizzle on top of bark
7. Put in freezer for about 30 minutes or until bark is hardened
8. Break apart in as big or small of pieces as you’d like
