Delicious Dishes Recipe Party: Chocolate Favorites

I am thrilled with how the big game ended this weekend. Truth be told, it was a rough start- and middle of the game. I almost went to bed, if you can believe that! Very glad to report that I watched history unfold and saw my team claim victory. What an amazing game to watch! I love when championship games are exciting. They SHOULD be. It’s the best teams of the best players in the country!

But, football is over. Baseball’s coming, pitchers and batters report soon… but before then, we’ve got Valentine’s Day to celebrate. While we may not do a whole lot of mushy gushy stuff, we do like to have a nice family meal together. And, of course, some CHOCOLATE for dessert.

One of my family’s all time favorite recipes is Chocolate Lava Cake for sure. Now that I’m typing this, I’m feeling like I should make some soon. Maybe for Valentine’s Day. Everyone will be happy and I won’t be in the kitchen all day making it, especially since it’s on a Tuesday!
