Delicious Dishes Recipe Party: Peppermint Favorites

You guys. It’s December 6th. 12/6/16. We have 19 days until Christmas. Um… I’m not ready. I mean, emotionally I am. But there’s a lot of wrapping and baking and wrapping and a little more shopping and did I mention wrapping? Because wrapping. Naturally, instead of wrapping, I’m finding other things to do, because I will be really honest and admit I am not a great gift wrapper. I’m kind of awful at it. I wonder how many more years I can blame the kids helping for the appearance of packages?

One of my newly adored Christmas traditions is my Christmas Morning Coffee. YUM. Maybe I should make some this weekend and trick myself into thinking it’s crunch time to wrap….

Mint and chocolate go hand in hand, especially this time of year. I love a hot cocoa with a touch of mint. Delicious and delightful! We’ve shared a few recipes with chocolate and mint paired together on This Mama Loves already….I’m sure we’ll share more down the road! Peppermint Buttercream Hot Chocolate Cupcakes, anyone?
