Easy Red Velvet Fudge for Valentine’s Day
Ingredients:
- 16 buttercream frosting – the store bough kind works perfect
- 1 package Wilton Red Velvet Candy Melts
- parchment paper
- 11″ x 7″ baking sheet
Instructions:
Combine the frosting and candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
Once the mixture is completely melted and smooth, pour it out onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the baking sheet in a cool, dry place to let the fudge cool and become firm.
Once fudge is completely firm cut into squares or use a heart shape cookie cutter to make an extra special treat.
Store fudge in an air tight container in a cool area until ready to serve.
