It’s Tax Day, which for many is not a favorite, so let’s pretend it’s just a day leading up to Cinco de Mayo and start talking about bright, fun colors, delicious foods and nicer Spring weather, shall we?
One of our family favorites for Taco Tuesday (thank you, Lego Movie, for forever branding Tuesdays as taco days in our house) is our Maple glazed chicken and sweet potato taco recipe. It’s always fun to switch things up a bit!
