Goldfish Crusted Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 cup Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Cut chicken into small, bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk together egg and milk in a shallow dish.
Crush goldfish into very small, even pieces and place in a separate dish.
Dip seasoned chicken pieces into egg mixture to coat.
Roll chicken pieces completely in crushed Goldfish to cover well.
Place on baking sheet coated lightly with non stick spray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until they begin to brown lightly.
Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container- store in fridge for up to 2 days or in freezer for up to 3 months.
