Chocolate is such a wonderful thing. From milk to dark to spiced and more, it pairs with SO MANY flavors and ingredients and it makes me happy. This week we’re all about chocolate! Look at this gooey lava cake you can make in the slow cooker!

I remember my brother Tony used unsweetened chocolate in chili recipes for many years, which we all thought was so strange when he started…but his chili is always going to be one of my FAVORITES.
