One of my favorite things about summer is the fresh fruit in season and making dishes the day before! I love this sweet grape salad and so does everyone who tastes it! Plus, what’s great is that you can easily halve this recipe to fit your needs. I’ve also substitute green and red for all green or all red grapes, and used all brown sugar instead of white! It’s always tasty.
Grape Salad
Ingredients:
Seedless Grapes, washed (I used 6 cups)
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
8 ounces Sour Cream
1/2 cup white sugar (you can add 1 cup if this is not sweet enough for you)
1/4 cup brown sugar (not packed)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
In a mixer, add cream cheese and beat for about 30 seconds.
Add sour cream and white sugar and beat until combined.
Add grapes and stir well.
Place in a container and sprinkle (I use my fingers) brown sugar on top of the grape mixture and top with walnuts.
Cover and refrigerate overnight and serve chilled the next day.

Grape Salad yummy. I normally don’t eat a lot of salads but this looks delicious. Thank you for linking up on the #HomeMattersParty. Come back and share again next week.

This salad looks super delicious. My Mom always added grapes into her fruit salad and it was my favorite part. I will have to try this.
