Ham & Pineapple Kabobs
Ingredients:
Smithfield Anytime Favorites Quarter Boneless Sliced Ham
pineapple chunks
stick cheese
You will also need wooden skewers
Sweet & Tangy Dip:
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1-2 tsp. brown sugar
pineapple juice to taste
Directions:
Cut each ham quarter slice into thirds
Wrap one triangle around a pineapple chunk then slide onto skewer, alternate one of these with a cubed of cheese until full.
Combine mayo and yogurt well, then add brown sugar and pineapple juice to taste to create your dip.
If you include these in your child’s lunchbox (or your own) I can almost guarantee you will only find the sticks left later. These make great after school snacks or party appetizers as well!
