Super Easy Italian Sandwich Recipe

 I think we’ve discovered the quickest way to do dinner. I have my new “dinner arsenal” growing by the week.  But these sandwiches … four minutes, with warm, crusty bread?  They are going straight to the top of the list.  Warm, crusty bread AND ready in literally under 5 minutes.  Add some veggies or salad on the side with some fruit and voila! Ingredients

1 loaf Pepperige Farms Microwavable Garlic Bread (I used the mozzarella variety)
8-10 slices of lunch meat (I used roast beef, peppered beef and turkey)
1 small tomato, sliced
Romaine lettuce
 Pepperidge Farm Italian Sub-2

Directions

I didn’t use any spreads or condiments because the garlic bread was tasty enough.

I was able to set out and/or slice all of the ingredients while the bread cooked in the microwave for 3 minutes, and then I just assembled the warm sandwich and sliced into 3 equal parts.

So basically, lunch for 2 or 3 in 3 minutes, start to finish.

    I’D USE IT TO MAKE A HOT VEAL SANDWICH WITH BREADED VEAL CUTLETS COOKED IN TOMATO SAUCE & SAUTEED ONIONS & PEPPERS & MUSHROOMS & SHREDDED MOZZARELLA.

    My favorite idea to use Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread is to make Pizza bread out of it, with Mozorella Cheese, peparoni , and olives, onions. and Fresh Tomato’s.

    I think this microwavable garlic bread would be great to use in an updated version of a warm Rueben with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing! Yummy!

    My favorite last-minute meal idea is Un-baked Ziti. It’s as simple as boiling the pasta, adding ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, and heating the sauce. Super easy and delicious.

    I would love the bread to make sub sandwiches with ham, salami, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and provolone cheese.

    I would add make some garlic bread sandwiches with them by adding some marinara sauce, sliced tomatoes and a little bit of pepperoni as well.

    I definitely want to try this new Pepperidge Farms Microwaveable Garlic Bread. I would love to add Butter, Provolone Cheese, Pepper Jack Jalapeno Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese. It would a new spin on Grilled Cheese. Also, I think this would be a great Garlic Bread to serve with Spaghetti.
