I’m always on the look for delicious recipes that can feed a crowd. Either to enjoy at a party or get together, or to make some and freeze half. And man, these caramel lunch lady brownies fit the bill! They make a ton – a whole sheet pan’s worth! They are easy, easy, easy to make. (Seriously, if you can make a box mix, this is just as easy!) And the brownies, especially the frosting, are to die for. I have fallen in love with sheet pans of late- for dinners and desserts! If you have to make something for a bake sale, picnic, party or potluck? This is the way to go! Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy. Except, of course, that there’s no lemon in these. That’s probably a recipe for another day.
