Nothing brightens my mood more than a fresh coat of strikingly brilliant polish. Especially here in New England where we have 3 feet of snow and aren’t able to leave the house. I am in love with the matching nail polish and lip gloss sets from Napleon Perdis.
I tried out the Lust and Rockstar Pink colors. Both looked beautiful in the packaging and stayed true to color after application. The polish itself applied easily with 2 coats and remained unchipped for several days without a top coat. The lip gloss went on effortlessly and did not feel sticky or gluey. The Lust lip color was a little too bright for my complexion (which is ghost white), but the Rockstar Pink was perfect.
These sets retail for $15 at Zappos online. This seems like a reasonable price for both a polish and a lip gloss, and is a perfect price point for a small birthday or hostess gift. They come packaged nicely together in a box, easy for gifting. Take a look at all their fun color combinations, like Voodo (deep purple), Santori Sunset (orange) and my personal favorite Milan (plum).
