Raise your hand if you have a spouse that snores.
Now, raise your hand if you love your spouse or significant other with all of your heart but sometimes when they snore you sometimes maybe start to fantasize about ways you can stop the snoring and END THE SOUND of it.
Or maybe you love them and also hate them because you can’t sleep with the snoring.
Regardless, if you have a partner who snores…you may know the struggle of trying to get a good night’s sleep.

Marriage Saver? Non-invasive snoring solution that works
Most nights it’s my goal to fall asleep before my husband. We usually go to bed at the same time so this doesn’t always happen but the truth is, if he falls asleep first then I may as well forget about falling asleep fast. He snores so loud almost the instant he starts dozing off! Of course, he’d tell you that I’m the one that has a snoring problem. I’ve never heard me snore and it certainly isn’t keeping me awake at night so it obviously can’t be me with the problem.
Okay, maybe I snore too…just a little. We are always teasing each other about who snores more. The kids actually tell us we BOTH snore. I often find myself nudging him and asking him to roll over on his side because he definitely snores more on his back. Sometimes he even wakes himself up snoring which I must admit cracks me up! He’s never had to wake me up for snoring so that has to be proof that I snore less. Or maybe my snoring is cute and endearing to him? Either that, or I am a deep sleeper and rarely notice that he’s nudging me and trying to get me to roll over.
I remember the first time I saw earplugs in his nightstand. I felt awful.
The real deal is that neither of us is getting a great nights rest due to the snoring. Even if there was no one else to keep awake with those chainsaw type sounds, snoring causes poor sleep quality that we may not even realize is preventable. Poor sleep quality affects daily life and is associated with a lot of other things like depression, and even diabetes and heart health.
We recently learned about a new medical device that is tested and clinically developed to give a restful, snore free night’s sleep and life! If you’re like us, you’ll both want to try the Good Morning Snore Solution. He’s sleeping sounder and most importantly, says that I’m quieter all night! I’m feeling much more rested too. He’s noticing that my snoring has all but stopped and he’s grateful for that and I know I feel a lot more rested in the morning too. (Yea, yea, I’m the one who keeps him up sometimes too).
The Good Morning Snore Solution mouthpiece works by moving the tongue forward to clear the blocked airways that are to blame for snoring. It’s more effective and more comfortable for most people than other products. It also has few, if any, side effects. It’s also more affordable than other things recommended for stopping snoring.
Now that we aren’t arguing about who is snoring more, we can move on to settling the “who hogs the covers” battle and finding a solution to that. Something tells me it’s not going to be as simple as putting a stop to the nightly noise of each other’s nose.
Even a mumbling spouse is easy to understand when you’ve both had a good night’s sleep. Is this a dream or did you actually sleep in the same bed for the entire night? Don’t worry, you’ll get used to it.

I am guilty of snoring and chopping down the redwood forest at night. I have horrible allergies and top it off with being a mouth breather, I’m doomed from the start. I might have to try this device.

My husband snores but not to the point where it wakes me up consistently. At one point he was snoring quite a bit but he has found a sleep position that works better for him!

Snoring sure is a major problem for so many of us. My husband and I have not quite yet got to the stage of it ruining the other’s sleep but it is nice to know this is out there for when and if that time comes!

My husband used to snore so loudly that I had to go to bed before him. But now I am the one snoring. I need to check this out. I think this will help.

You’ve got to plan bedtime when you’re married to a snorer. You certainly go to bed after him/her. But this sounds like the solution to my late nights and desperately trying to go to sleep after my husband.
