If you haven’t tried substituting spaghetti squash for spaghetti noodles in any of your favorite dishes yet this is a great simple recipe. When you are trying to cut back on calories one of the best ways to do it without feeling deprived is to make sure you incorporate lots of flavor into your dish. This is easily done with fresh or dry herbs, and small amounts of less healthy ingredients-like Parmesan cheese. This dish weighs in at about 2.5 Weight Watchers points. Parmesan- Herb Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients:
1 large spaghetti squash
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. Basil
½ tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Rosemary
1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Slice spaghetti squash in half- lengthwise.
Remove all seeds from center.
Brush all exposed area with olive oil.
Place halves cut side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until squash is tender.
Remove from pan and use a fork to gently scrape out the spaghetti like strands.
Toss with 1 Tbsp, Olive oil, Parmesan, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, and Garlic powder to coat thoroughly.
Serve immediately.

I adore spaghetti squah.. and you know, I have never baked them cut side down I always do it cut side up I dont know why. This looks delicious and I wish the rest of the family liked squash I am the only one who does, and will make a meal out of one now and then
