Peach Pie Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Friendship Dairies 1% no salt added cottage cheese
1/4 cup frozen peaches, thawed
2 tsp. raw honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
If peaches are slices or larger, chop into small bite sized pieces
Combine cottage cheese, peaches, honey, and cinnamon to mix completely.
For a pretty and portable grab and go breakfast spoon into a small jelly jar, pop on the lid and ring then put into the refrigerator for a no brainer breakfast.
This would also be delicious for a midday snack, or dessert!

Brett…. let me guess. You’ve been trying to tell your friends and family forever about how great this is, right? I make a similar breakfast bowl but I add yogurt. I’ve been telling people forever it tastes like dessert but they seem fearful. This sounds wonderful and I’m going to try it tomorrow!
