When Jack Frost is nipping, nothing sends him away like a steaming mug of hot cocoa, right? With two little ones we go through a lot of hot chocolate during the winter months and sometimes we get burnt out on the same old thing. Sometimes I think my kids want to play outside and get cold so they can come in and have hot chocolate- not that I blame them. I was the same way as a little one!! So this year I added a new recipe into the mix to give hot chocolate some fresh new life- Peppermint White Hot Chocolate. If you are a fan of white chocolate you are going to love this deliciously creamy concoction! Made withWhole Milk as the base, it has a wonderful creamy texture and flavor . I made the recipe for 2-3 servings but it can easily be halved for a single serving or doubled, tripled, or quadrupled for a large gathering. Thanks to DairyPure for sponsoring today’s white hot chocolate recipe!
