Now that summer is well on it’s way, it’s time to fire up the grill and get some burgers on! We decided that we wanted to try something other than our typical beef burger, and these spicy turkey avocado burgers were just the thing. When paired with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, they make the perfect spicy yet savory burger. Look below at how we used Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo to make these (now famous in our house) Spicy Turkey Avocado Burgers! We can’t wait to surprise our family and friends at cookouts this summer, especially over the holiday weekend coming up! This recipe is sponsored by Lee Kum Kee. All opinions are my own. #leekumkee
Spicy Turkey Avocado Burgers
Ingredients
2 pounds of ground turkey
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon burger seasoning mix
Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
Fresh avocado
Bread of choice
There are a few reasons why Lee Kum Kee is perfect for this recipe. Did you know that Lee Kum Kee makes a wide range of great-tasting authentic Asian-style sauces and condiments, which are delicious for helping elevate your summer celebrations. I love Lee Kum Kee because they make it easy for people to enjoy authentic, restaurant-quality Asian tastes and flavors at home which can add a delicious twist to your Memorial Day spread. They are the pioneer of over 200 authentic Asian sauces and condiments that use only premium-quality, non-GMO ingredients. Top the avocado with the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, place your burger on your choice of bread, and enjoy!
You can find Lee Kum Kee sauces at your local grocer where most condiments are sold. For this recipe, the Sriracha Mayo was perfect for pairing with our spicy burger! There’s no mixing required, just pop open the lid and you are ready for some flavor.
Directions:
Begin by mixing the dry ingredients into the ground chili. You may need to grind it all by hand to make sure it is mixed well throughout. You don’t want any of these spicy spices clumping up but rather dispersed well.
Roll the ground turkey into balls and press down into your burger shape.
Spray a coated pan or grill rack with no stick cooking spray. Grill your turkey burgers for 4-5 minutes per side depending on level of doneness you desire. Remove from the heat and allow to rest.
Peel and cut your avocado into slices. Place it on top of the spicy avocado turkey burger. The avocado offers a coolness to the spice.
Top the avocado with the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, place your burger on your choice of bread, and enjoy!
These spicy avocado turkey burgers make for an excellent summer meal. So grab some Lee Kum Kee and give them a try! What do you like to put on your avocado burgers?

Wow! The real Tongue Tickling Temptations. It looks so yummy. In India, we can try with Mustard Sauce. Afterall Avocado balances the Triglycerides in the body and very healthy.
