As cold weather turns warmer, and we have more produce items in season, I find myself wanting, craving, making salad recipes all the time. Lunch, dinner, sides, snacks….there’s just so many ways you can create a salad and so many things to put in, on, under them. The possibilities are endless! This collection of 52 spring salad recipes is sponsored by Foodie, but opinions are my own. (I intended to have a dozen recipes in this collection. I got a little carried away)

We eat a lot of salads – especially those with spinach, now that we’re growing some in the garden. My daughter loves to add strawberries and grapes, while I’m a sucker for honey mustard dressing. Great roudup!

It sounds silly but for the longest time I was unwilling to try a salad with fruit. The idea of different taste/textures put me off. I finally tried one and loved it! Now I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate new taste.
