I am trying to work on filling, healthy breakfasts and snacks. I’m usually rushing around in the morning getting kids where they need to be and my husband out the door, without forgetting any important things anyone needs. I always get my coffee, but it’s a rare morning when I get myself a healthy breakfast! Plus, I’m trying to add some new and fun fruits and veggies into our lives. We’re in a fruit rut here, and I’m bored with our produce purchases. Switching things up and all…

Tis looks and sounds good. I have never tried chia seeds I dont know why… maybe because I think of chia pets. I dont even know if its the same seeds or not. I might have to find this out and then try the smoothie.
