I think I’ve told you that part of this trip includes a screening of The Help. 
Now, I haven’t read the book
(yet), but it is packed in my carry on and I will be reading it on the flights on my way to LA on Wednesday. I’m really excited about this book- I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about it and it has been a long time- too long- since I heard things like that about a book. The fact that I get to see it in movie form just 2 days later makes me all kinds of happy. I do like to read the books FIRST, and I may cheat a bit and start it tonight, I’m that excited. (Or laundry. I should start that too…)
I have more need of assistance. Or rather, I need to know what you guys want to know about The Help- the book or the movie. The process of making it into a movie. We’ll be having Q&A after our screening so I will have the chance to ask your questions!![ad#glam between posts]

I would like to know where the inspiration for the characters came from. There are some amazing people in this book. If they were real people the author based them on, how did she come to know these people.
