This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Amway, however, all opinions are 100% mine. I was at the grocery store with the kids a few days ago. They were driving me crazy! It seemed I could not take more than a few steps before one of them was holding up something they wanted me to buy. My son, who eats like there is no tomorrow, asked me if he could eat a snack while we shopped and pay when we got to the cashier!! And then it hit me. I am so lucky and blessed to have a grocery store to shop in, kids who have plenty to eat and are very healthy. This is a stark contrast to the 3 million children who die each year from childhood malnutrition. For those children who do survive, they are often plagued with health and development problems for the rest of their lives. Thankfully, you and I can fight childhood malnutrition with the Nutrilite™ Power of 5 Campaign from Amway.
Today is National World Food Day, so it seems fitting we should focus out attention to those who may not eat today. Or any other day for that matter. It breaks my heart to know there are so many children who go hungry each day while I look at my own who have full bellies. Amway has made a commitment through the Nutrilite™ Power of 5 Campaign to help end world hunger and poverty as part of the United Nations Social Development Goals. In order to address the epidemic of childhood malnutrition, Amway is leveraging its nutrition expertise through its Nutrilite™ Power of 5 program. Between now and the end of December 2016, Amway is committed to providing 5 million Nutrilite™ Little Bits Packets to children in need.
Nutrilite™ Little Bits is an odorless, tasteless micronutrient supplement with 15 essential nutrients for growth. Nutrilite™ Little Bits is currently distributed in 10 countries and is easily sprinkled on food. Plans are currently underway to expand to 20 countries by the end of 2019. Amway is partnering with the United Nations Foundation to help address the new Sustainable Development Goals (#SDGs) of putting an end to world hunger and poverty.
Taking part in the Nutrilite™ Power of 5 Campaign is easy to do. Amway has set a goal to deliver 5 million Nutrilite™ Little Bits™ to malnourished children around the world. This number will almost double the size of Amway’s current program. Your donation of just $10, will provide 30 days of nutrition to a child in need. If you donate $120, that donation will feed a child for an entire year. All you need to do is visit the Nutrilite™ website, choose the amount you want to donate and click the “Donate” button. Easy peasy! This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Amway, but all opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve never heard of NutriLite until today. It’s good that they have this campaign for kids. There sure is still poverty and I guess there’ll be no cure to it but little help like this. Sharing for more support! 🙂

It’s always the little things we take for granted. My heart hurts for all the children who are not able to get what my daughter so easily can. It is so important to donate whenever we can… for whatever cause.
